What you'll need to clean your griddle top: Metal spatula, paper towels, hot water, a scouring pad, and cooking oil. Once your griddle has cooled down after cooking, scrape the surface with a metal spatula or scraper. After everything is scraped away, wipe your griddle top down with a paper towel. To remove stuck-on food and residue, pour water on your griddle top while it's still warm. Then, rub a Blackstone Scouring Pad gently on the surface and wipe off the remaining water with paper towels or a cloth. Coat with a layer of oil in between uses. (Blackstone's 8-Piece Cleaning Kit is recommended for best results.)
